Pneumatic Jib Crane, Four-Corner Basket Hook

A plastic basket or tray full of parts is heavy, and two workers carrying it still risk tilting and dropping the load. Rope slings tend to squeeze the basket's sides out of shape, and setting it down rarely comes out level. Repeating this all day tires workers' arms and drags down productivity.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane on a mobile base fitted with a four-corner basket hook tool. The four hooks grip exactly at the four corners, so the basket is lifted level without squeezing its sides. The rotating arm moves the basket from pallet to workbench in a single push.

Installed Equipment

Four-corner hook tool: four hooks fabricated to match the basket's rim, catching all four corners so the load is evenly distributed and the basket does not tilt when lifted.
Rotating jib frame: the arm swings around the column, moving the basket from the pick point to the drop point without manual pulling.
Mobile base: steel base with wheels, letting the unit be pushed to another line when needed instead of being fixed in place.
Pneumatic lifting unit: uses the plant's compressed air, lifting and lowering smoothly and holding the load steady when stopped midway.
