Pneumatic Jib Crane with Tray Gripper

Plastic trays have thin walls: grip too hard and they warp, too light and they slip. On the line, trays must be picked and stacked continuously, so doing it by hand is both slow and prone to scratching the product surface.

FullSharp installs a fixed-base pneumatic jib crane with a custom-designed plastic tray gripper. The arm swings around the post within its working radius, so it takes up no extra floor space. The pneumatic lifting mechanism runs smoothly, with control valves keeping the load steady while gripping.

Equipment Installed

Fixed-base post: bolted firmly to the floor, arm swings within the working area.
