Trays of bolts are small but very heavy, since they're packed with metal, making them one of the most back-straining items to carry by hand from shelving to a workbench. The trays are also stacked several tiers high, so pulling one from the bottom means unloading the whole stack above it first.

FullSharp erects a 200 kg rated rail frame system carrying a KITO hoist, with a bolt tray clamp mounted on the hook. The clamp grips both sides of the tray, the hoist lifts it, and the trolley carries it along the rail to the workbench — workers never lift a tray by hand.

Equipment Installed

  • 200 kg rated rail frame: a freestanding or suspended steel frame with a rail running along the line between shelving and the workbench.
  • KITO hoist: stable lifting with a load-holding brake, stopping at exactly the right height to pick up or set down a tray.
  • Bolt tray clamp: grips both sides of the tray, holding a heavy tray firmly without cracking the plastic edge.
  • Rail-running trolley: pushed by hand along the rail to bring the tray to any point on the line.
  • End stops: limit the trolley's travel so it doesn't run past either end of the line.

Benefits for Your Facility

No more heavy tray carrying

Metal-filled trays are clamped and lifted by the hoist, eliminating a repeated heavy-lifting motion each shift.

Reach the bottom tray

Lifting and pulling a tray along the rail means not having to unload the whole stack above it.

Runs the whole line

The trolley carries trays from shelving to the workbench without needing an intermediate cart.

Consulting for Your Facility's Installation

FullSharp weighs a full tray, measures the tray's side dimensions, and the line length from shelving to the workbench. From there we finalize the rail frame structure, KITO hoist configuration, and clamp size. Call FullSharp to schedule a warehouse site survey.
