FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane with a Lifts All unit and a plastic tray hook tool for trays stacked high, where top trays meant reaching up and bottom ones meant bending down. The two joints bring the lifting head right up to the stack, and the operator hooks the tray rim, lifts it slightly and pulls it clear.

Plastic trays are stacked high; grabbing a tray from the top layer means reaching up, while the bottom layer means bending down. Each tray isn't heavy, but the repetition through a shift overloads the operator's shoulders and back.
