Plastic trays are stacked high; grabbing a tray from the top layer means reaching up, while the bottom layer means bending down. Each tray isn't heavy, but the repetition through a shift overloads the operator's shoulders and back.

FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane carrying a Lifts All unit with a plastic tray hook tool. The two joints let the lifting head reach right up to the tray stack; the operator hooks the tray's rim, lifts slightly, and pulls it clear.
