Pneumatic Jib Crane with Plastic Tray Hook

A plastic tray full of components gets quite heavy, and workers carry it back and forth hundreds of times per shift. A tilted tray means spilled parts - lost stock and time spent picking them back up.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a plastic tray hook tool that grips the rim of the tray at both ends. The tray is lifted and held level, swinging the arm moves it to a new position, and it sets down smoothly without shifting the parts inside.

Equipment Installed

Plastic tray hook tool: two jaws hook onto the tray rim, with adjustable spacing to match the tray size in use.
Pneumatic jib crane: the arm swings around the column, covering the work area between the conveyor and the rack.
Pneumatic hoist: raised and lowered with a lever, slowing down automatically near the set-down point.
Load balancer: keeps the tray level throughout the entire movement.
