Plastic trays holding components are stacked and moved continuously between the conveyor, inspection table, and storage racks. A full tray is heavy, and carrying it by hand can easily tilt it, shifting or dropping the components inside.
FullSharp suspends a pneumatic jib crane from the beam, running it on a 5T rail rated for 200 kg, and fits it with a gripper tool that hugs the tray sides. The tray stays level throughout the move, and the operator rotates the arm 360 degrees to bring it to the right station before releasing the grip.

Installed Equipment
- 5T rail rated for 200 kg: suspended from the plant beam, with the trolley gliding smoothly along the working line.
- Pneumatic jib arm: rotates 360 degrees and carries the tray's weight, leaving the operator only to guide it.
- Plastic tray gripper tool: jaws hug the tray sides tightly, keeping the tray level without pressing on the components.
- Grip-holding safety valve: if air pressure is lost, the jaws still hold the tray so nothing falls.
