Sugar bags are heavy, soft, and easily torn, so workers carrying them by hand get tired and spill material. This area also needs frequent washdowns, so ordinary painted equipment peels and rusts very quickly.

FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane with a stainless steel column, with a smooth surface that can be wiped clean and won't rust in a wet environment. The sugar bag clamp wraps around the bag body, lifting and rotating it into the hopper opening without tearing it.

Equipment installed
