Cement and Pellet Bag Gripping, Mobile Air Jib

FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane on a mobile base with a bag gripper for a bagging area that moves with each raw material batch. The gripper holds heavy cement and plastic pellet bags by the body, the pneumatic system carries the weight for one-hand handling, and the unit is pushed to the next area when needed.

The bagging area often changes location depending on the raw material batch, while cement bags and plastic pellet bags are both heavy. Carrying bags by hand all shift strains workers' backs, and bags easily tear when dragged across the floor.
