Pneumatic Jib Crane, Mobile Base, Bag Gripper

The bagging area often changes location depending on the raw material batch, while cement bags and plastic pellet bags are both heavy. Carrying bags by hand all shift strains workers' backs, and bags easily tear when dragged across the floor.

FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane on a mobile base with a dedicated bag gripper tool. The pneumatic system carries the weight, the gripper holds the bag body securely, and the worker uses one hand to pick up and place bags onto a pallet; when the work location changes, the whole unit is simply pushed to the new area.

Equipment Installed

Mobile base with wheels: pushed to wherever bags need handling, then locked and leveled with the outriggers to start work right away.
Rotating jib arm: expands the working area over a wide radius, reaching both the bag opening and the pallet surface.
Pneumatic lift-assist system: holds the bag suspended, responding instantly as the operator raises or lowers it.
Bag gripper tool: clamps hold the bag body securely during travel and release quickly when setting it down.
Load-bearing steel structure: the post and arm are sized for the bag load, remaining stable even at full reach.
