Pneumatic Jib Crane with Sack Clamp Tool

Raw material sacks are soft, slippery, and heavy, and carrying them by shoulder from the conveyor to the pallet is the most exhausting job in the plant. Over time workers develop back pain, output drops toward the end of the shift, and sacks are more prone to tearing.

FullSharp brings in a pneumatic jib crane fitted with a sack clamping tool. Two jaws press against the sack body using compressed air, and the operator only presses a button and pushes the arm to swing the sack to the right layer on the pallet.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic jib crane: the arm rotates around the column, with a pneumatic lifting mechanism giving smooth, jerk-free motion.
Sack clamping tool: two rubber-lined jaws press against the sack body, with clamping force adjustable to the sack's weight.
Control handle: clamp, release, and lift buttons are all on one grip, operated with a single hand.
Load-holding safety valve: if air pressure drops, the jaws still hold, so the sack does not slip while suspended.
