Aluminum Rail Jib Crane with ANVER Vacuum Lifter

Bags stacked in multiple tiers on a pallet mean bending down for the lower tiers and reaching up for the top ones. A single fixed height cannot serve both, and carrying bags by hand puts all the strain on the back.

FullSharp builds a rotating jib crane on an aluminum rail with a height-adjustable column, lowering for the bottom tiers and raising for the top ones. The working end is an ANVER vacuum tube lifter, which clamps onto the bag surface and lifts it the moment the handle is pulled.

An ANVER vacuum tube lifter hangs from an aluminum rail jib crane, used for picking bags in the warehouse.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail: lighter than a steel rail, so the trolley glides smoothly and a single hand is enough to push it.
Height-adjustable column: changes the beam height to match the pallet tier being worked.
ANVER vacuum tube lifter: both grips and lifts through its own bellows tube, so pulling the handle up raises the bag with it.
Bag lifting head: the suction pad is matched to the bag material, holding firmly on both paper and woven sacks.
