Warehouses unload sacks from pallets onto delivery trucks nonstop, hundreds of times per shift. Sacks are soft and hard to hug, so workers strain their backs and shoulders and output drops toward the end of the shift. Hiring more hands does not solve the cramped floor space either.
FullSharp installs a 5T overhead rail (200 kg rated load) along the sack-stacking line, with a trolley running its full length. Below the trolley hangs a FullSharp vacuum tube lifter, which grips each sack as soon as the suction pad touches down. Workers guide the sack along the rail and release it at the stacking point.

FullSharp 5T overhead rail and vacuum tube lifter used to handle sacks at the loading area.
Equipment Installed
- 5T steel rail: mounted overhead along the work line, 200 kg rated load, can be extended to fit the warehouse layout.
- Trolley and hanger rods: the trolley rolls inside the rail, and hanger rods anchor to the roof trusses to spread the load evenly.
- FullSharp vacuum tube lifter: a flexible tube that raises and lowers with vacuum pressure, with a compact handle for one-hand operation.
- Suction pad for sacks: made to match the shop's sack material and size, gripping firmly and releasing quickly.
- Vacuum pump: runs continuously through the shift, with hoses routed along the rail to stay clear of walkways.

Benefits for Your Facility
Less manual carrying
The suction head bears the sack's weight, so the operator only guides and pushes.
Faster sack stacking
Each sack travels straight along the rail instead of crossing the aisle.
No torn sacks
The suction pad grips evenly across the sack surface, so nothing snags or spills.
