The bagging area of the plant runs non-stop; sacks coming off the bagging machine must move straight to a pallet. Carrying them on the shoulder tires workers out by the end of the shift, while dragging them tears the sacks and spills the material.
FullSharp installed a 200 kg steel rail running along the bagging area, carrying a vacuum tube lifter. The worker presses the pad onto the sack; once it grips, it's lifted and pushed along the rail, and releasing the valve at the pallet lowers the sack down.
The vacuum tube lifter hanging under the 200 kg steel rail lifting a sack at the bagging area.
Workers only guide the sack's direction, no longer hoisting it onto their shoulders.
No grabbing corners or dragging, so sacks don't tear or spill.
Fast gripping and releasing keeps up with the line's output speed.
FullSharp needs the sack weight, the sack material, and the length of line to cover in order to finalize the rail profile and the tube size. We install the rail, position the pump, and test it with real sacks before handing over to your loading crew.
