200 kg aluminum rail projects for pneumatic hoists, air balancers and hoists
Aluminum rail rated at 200 kg is light, so it hangs easily from the ceiling and the trolley pulls by hand with little effort. Projects here carry pneumatic hoists with force-sensing handles, 100 kg air balancers, electric hoists and horizontal air hoists, with tools for cartons, vacuum pads, foam sheet grippers and roll hooks.
One project lifts molds in a cold room on the second floor of a plant, using a freestanding aluminum rail frame. Elsewhere a mobile post frame lets the whole rail line move with the work area, and high ceilings still take aluminum rail for carton lifting.
