Picking up carton boxes in the warehouse repeats constantly, and every bending, lifting motion loads the back. When boxes are stacked high or set deep, the work slows down even more.
FullSharp installs a lightweight aluminum rail system over the loading area, carrying a pneumatic vacuum pad. The operator presses the pad against the box, the suction holds it, and then pushes it along the rail to the stacking spot. The aluminum rail is light, so the hanging system stays compact and the route length adjusts to the floor plan.
An aluminum rail with a pneumatic vacuum pad used to lift carton boxes in the warehouse.
The vacuum pad carries the weight, so the operator just presses it to the box and pushes it along.
Being lightweight, the aluminum rail extends or bends fairly easily to match the warehouse layout.
Suction is spread evenly across the box surface, reducing torn walls and dented corners.
FullSharp surveys the warehouse floor plan, ceiling height, and the dimensions of the boxes typically handled. Our engineers finalize the rail route and select the pad type to match the box surface. FullSharp then installs, hands over, and provides on-site warranty.
