Printing and packaging shops move carton boxes all day. The boxes are light but bulky and easy to dent at the corners. Carrying them by hand blocks the view, and stacking them unevenly means extra work to restack.
FullSharp installs an aluminum overhead rail running along the work area, carrying an ENDO hoist fitted with a carton suction tool. The tool grips the top of the box, and the operator lifts and pushes it along the rail straight to its spot.

Suction on the flat lid means no pressure on the carton's sides.
The operator stands beside the box instead of carrying it, so stacks line up straighter.
The aluminum rail runs along the work area, so boxes can be picked up and set down at multiple points.
FullSharp weighs the heaviest box, measures the lid size, and checks the required rail length before finalizing the aluminum rail configuration. We build the suction pad to match your carton type, then install and test-run it in your shop.
