Aluminum Rail ENDO Hoist for Cartons

Printing and packaging shops move carton boxes all day. The boxes are light but bulky and easy to dent at the corners. Carrying them by hand blocks the view, and stacking them unevenly means extra work to restack.

FullSharp installs an aluminum overhead rail running along the work area, carrying an ENDO hoist fitted with a carton suction tool. The tool grips the top of the box, and the operator lifts and pushes it along the rail straight to its spot.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail: an overhead extruded aluminum rail with a smooth-rolling trolley, so pushing boxes takes little effort.
ENDO hoist: a Japanese-made hoist that lifts and lowers by hand force and holds the load when released, very light to operate.
Carton suction tool: a vacuum pad that grips the sealed lid of the box without leaving marks on the cardboard.
Pump and air lines: supply steady vacuum to the tool throughout the shift.
