Aluminum Rail Line with Lifts All Box Lifter

A single shift can involve stacking hundreds of carton boxes onto pallets. This repetitive work quickly wears down workers' shoulders and lower backs, and by the end of the shift boxes get tossed and stacked unevenly.

FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail system with a Lifts All vacuum lifting machine for the box-stacking area. The equipment carries the full weight, leaving the worker to simply guide the box into place and release it to lower down.

Equipment Installed

Ceiling-mounted aluminum rail: a seamless rail line that can branch to cover exactly the working area needed.
Lifts All vacuum lifting machine: the handle has a control valve, so the box moves up and down exactly with the strength of the user's grip.
Interchangeable pad: swap the pad when switching to a different box size or cardboard material.
Vacuum pump unit: placed away from the work area to reduce noise, with piping routed along the rail.
