Placing a roll into a carton box requires a slow, precisely centered lowering motion; the slightest misalignment dents the box or scratches the roll. Doing it by hand is hard even with two people, since the roll is heavy and difficult to align.
FullSharp installs an aluminum rail running along the packaging area, carrying an ENDO pneumatic hoist with a roll-hooking mechanism. The pneumatic hoist offers smooth control, lowering the roll bit by bit to center it exactly in the box. The trolley moves the roll from the pickup point to the packaging table without any manual lifting.
An aluminum rail with an ENDO pneumatic hoist using a hook to lower a roll into a carton box.
The pneumatic hoist allows slow lowering, so the roll settles into the box correctly the first time.
No impact during lowering, reducing dented boxes and scratched outer layers on the roll.
One person completes the whole process of hooking, moving, and lowering the roll into the box.
FullSharp measures the roll weight, box dimensions, and the distance between the two work positions. Our engineers calculate the rail length, select the hoist capacity, and build a matching hook mechanism. The system is installed and test-run right at the facility.
