Overhead Aluminum Rail with ENDO Hoist

An assembly line needs to raise and lower parts continuously across a long stretch of the plant. Doing it by hand leaves each placement slightly off, while pulling a cart wastes time walking back and forth.

FullSharp installs an overhead aluminum rail running the length of the work area and hangs an ENDO pneumatic hoist from it. The hoist holds the load suspended at any height, so a light push along the rail sends the part straight to the right station.

Equipment Installed

Aluminum rail: extruded aluminum profile suspended from the ceiling with threaded rods, lightweight enough to add little load to the roof structure.
ENDO pneumatic hoist: Japanese-made, powered by compressed air, smooth and free of electrical sparking.
Rail trolley: wheels running inside the aluminum rail, moved along the entire line with one hand.
Suspension and anchoring set: threaded rods and brackets sized to the actual column spacing and ceiling height.
