One-Person Positioning with a 100 kg Air Balancer

FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail along the work area with a 100 kg air balancer for a plant that lifts parts under a hundred kilograms all day. The light rail lets the trolley slide with almost no resistance, and the balancer holds the load still when released, so loads go down exactly where they should.

Many plants only need to lift parts under a hundred kilograms, but repeat it all day long. Carrying by hand tires shoulders and puts loads down in the wrong spot, while a heavy steel frame on the floor just eats up walking space.

FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail running along the work area and hangs a 100 kg air balancer from it. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley slide with almost no resistance, so the operator only needs to push and the load follows.
