Aluminum Rail, ENDO Air Balancer and Vacuum Pad

Product needs to be picked up and set down constantly, but the surface scratches easily and can't be gripped with jaws. Doing it by hand is slow and leaves fingerprints, and the repeated motion tires workers' shoulders over a full shift.

FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail carrying an ENDO air balancer with a vacuum lifting pad. The balancer offsets the exact weight so the load stays still at any height, and the operator only pushes gently in the direction needed.

Equipment installed

Ceiling-mounted aluminum rail: a lightweight rail with smooth travel, suspended from the roof structure with threaded rods along the working route.
ENDO Air Balancer: a pneumatic balancing unit that keeps the load suspended and responds directly to the operator's hand force.
Vacuum lifting pad: suction cups spread evenly across the product surface, gripping firmly without leaving marks.
Compressed air treatment unit: filters and regulates inlet air, keeping the balancing force stable throughout the production shift.
