500 kg KBK rail projects with electric hoists, vacuum lifters and grippers
When the load goes beyond 200 kg, we move to 500 kg steel rail. These projects carry 250–500 kg electric hoists, servo hoists, air balancers or vacuum lifters, mostly feeding blanks and molds to CNC machines, lifting plates, turning wood panels 90 degrees, gripping wheel rims and handling drums.
The rail hangs from the ceiling or sits on a support frame. One project uses a mobile frame with a 1000 kg rail, so the whole system can move between work areas. The rail also serves as the runway for a 200 kg pneumatic jib crane hung from the ceiling.
