500 kg Overhead Rail, COMEUP 250 kg Hoist

The plant needed to move workpieces and heavy assemblies between machines, but the floor was already packed with equipment, leaving no room for a forklift to turn. Operators previously had to carry loads by hand or wait for a crane, which was slow and risked hitting machines. What they needed was a lifting line running directly above the work area.

FullSharp installed a 500 kg overhead rail running along the machining area, carrying a COMEUP 250 kg electric hoist on a trolley. The load lifts straight up, then glides gently along the rail to the next machine. The entire system sits overhead, so the floor below stays untouched.

Installed Equipment

500 kg rail: an overhead rail beam suspended by threaded rods and hangers, running along the machine row, with tolerances set for smooth trolley travel.
COMEUP 250 kg electric hoist: push-button lifting and lowering at a steady speed, with a load-holding brake when the button is released.
Rail-mounted trolley: wheels run on the rail flange; a light push moves the load the entire length of the line.
Suspension system and rail end stops: hanger rods sized for the load, with end stops on both ends of the rail so the trolley can't run off the line.
