FullSharp installed a ceiling-mounted rail along a production line with a 500 kg electric hoist, so loads up to half a tonne move from stage to stage overhead. The floor never has to be cleared for a forklift, and the trolley can be electric or push type depending on the production pace.
Several stages on the line need to lift loads up to half a tonne, but the floor is already packed with machines and forklifts can't fit in between. Every load move forces the line to stop just to clear a path.
FullSharp installs a ceiling-mounted rail running the length of the production line, carrying a 500 kg electric hoist. Loads are lifted and pulled along the rail from one stage to the next, so the floor never has to make room for equipment.

The whole system sits overhead, leaving aisles and machine positions untouched.
Loads travel along the rail from one station to the next without waiting for a forklift.
500 kg capacity covers most parts and molds found on the shop floor.

The 500 kg electric hoist has two lifting speeds, a load-holding brake and travel limit switches. The rail hangs from the roof on rods sized to the span.
It depends on load weight, distance and pace. FullSharp offers both and recommends one after seeing the line. A push trolley suits slower, shorter moves, while an electric trolley suits longer runs.
FullSharp checks the roof structure and span before finalizing the rail's cross-section and number of mounting points for a 500 kg load. We install the system, load-test it to standard, then hand it over with documentation and a maintenance schedule.
