A workshop already packed with machinery has no room left to erect a jib crane column. Goods still need to travel from one machine to another along a fixed route. Pushing a cart or carrying by hand is slow and risks bumping into equipment.

FullSharp installs an ABUS overhead rail system that follows the exact working route, carrying a genuine ABUS electric hoist. The full load transfers up to the ceiling structure through the suspension system, so the floor stays clear. The trolley runs smoothly along the rail, and the hoist lifts and lowers precisely at each position.

ABUS Overhead Rail with ABUS Electric Hoist

An ABUS overhead rail system with an ABUS electric hoist installed in a production workshop.

Equipment installed

  • ABUS rail: imported rail rated for 500 kg, extended along the workshop's working route.
  • Ceiling suspension system: rods and mounting brackets fixed to the ceiling structure, distributing the load evenly without using floor space.
  • ABUS hoist: smooth lifting and lowering with precise positioning, suited to continuous shift operation.
  • Trolley: rollers travel inside the rail, moving along the full route with a light push.

Key specifications

  • Rail system load capacity500 kg
  • BrandABUS

Benefits for the workshop

No floor space lost

The entire suspension system hangs from the ceiling, so walkways and machine positions stay unchanged.

Follows the exact route

The rail follows the actual path of the goods, making repeated tasks fast and consistent.

Durable, low maintenance

The ABUS rail and hoist withstand continuous loading, keeping annual maintenance costs low.
