The customer needed a lifting system for daily, high-frequency operation, built to European standards for consistency. Mixing a rail from one source with a hoist from another often means mismatched tolerances, causing the trolley to run jerkily and wheels to wear out fast. Maintenance also becomes difficult when components don't belong to the same system.

FullSharp supplied an ABUS rail paired with an ABUS electric hoist, with the rail and trolley built to the same tolerance system for smooth travel from one end of the beam to the other. The hoist includes a brake and safety mechanisms to the manufacturer's standard. Replacement parts stay consistent and readily available going forward.
