500kg Overhead Rail for Plants

Loads weighing several hundred kilograms are awkward for forklifts, which get blocked by machines and have to queue in narrow aisles. Manual hoisting is slow and hard to position accurately in the middle of a production line.

FullSharp installed a 500 kg overhead rail running the length of the production line. A trolley slides along the rail, carrying the load straight from one end of the line to the other, while the floor stays clear for people and carts.

Equipment Installed

500 kg rail: load-bearing steel rail, joined with splice plates, with the line length matched to the building's length.
Hanger brackets and threaded rods: mounted to roof trusses or beams, adjustable in height so the rail stays straight and the trolley runs smoothly.
Trolley: wheels run inside the rail, moved with a light pull, with end stops to prevent it running off the rail.
Lifting attachment points: ready-made for mounting a hoist or lifting tool as needed at each location.
