The workstation uses many heavy tools; leaving them on the floor gets in the way, while hanging them in one fixed spot means carrying them over every time they're needed. Every so often a heavy part also needs lifting with no equipment to help.
FullSharp installed a 500 kg rail on the ceiling running along the workstation. The rail both holds tools for workers to pull to where they're needed and carries a KITO hand chain hoist to lift heavy parts when required, with no dependence on electric power.
The ceiling-mounted 500 kg rail with work tools and a KITO hand chain hoist hanging below.
Tools hang on the rail, pulled over to work and pushed back after, no longer left on the floor.
The hand chain hoist works even in areas without electrical wiring yet.
The rail spans the full length of the work table, shared across multiple process steps.
FullSharp reviews the roof structure, hanging height, and the weight of both the tools and the parts to be lifted in order to finalize the rail profile. We arrange the hanging points, install the hoist, and hand over with guidance on periodic inspection.
