5T rail jib crane projects lifting cartons, sacks, batteries and wood panels
A 5T rail jib crane serves one workstation: the boom swings around the post while the hoist or vacuum lifter travels along the rail on the boom, at 200 kg. Most projects here lift cartons and sacks with vacuum lifters; the rest carry electric hoists or air balancers with bottle hooks, battery, wheel or roll grippers.
Posts come as a fixed base, a mobile base pushed to the job, or a wall mount for corners. One project uses a 5 m boom to lift and turn wood panels, another an arm over 4 m; one model has no diagonal brace.
