A packaging warehouse must move carton boxes from pallets onto the conveyor and back onto other pallets, with the work spot shifting with each batch. A fixed crane cannot keep up, while carrying boxes by hand is tiring and dents them.
FullSharp uses a mobile-base jib crane so the whole crane assembly can be rolled wherever it's needed, fitted with a vacuum lifter that grips the top of the carton. Once the box is gripped, the operator swings the arm to move it to the new spot.

The mobile base lets one crane assembly serve multiple areas of the warehouse.
Gripping the flat lid means the carton's corners are not squeezed out of shape.
Gripping, swinging, and releasing are all done with one hand, no extra person needed to carry.
FullSharp weighs the heaviest box, measures the lid size, and checks the layout before selecting the suction tube diameter. We build the suction pad to match your exact carton type, then deliver the equipment and provide on-site operating guidance.
