Many shops only need to lift loads within a fixed area around a machine or work table. Investing in a crane that spans the entire shop is overkill, while manual lifting is slow and unsafe for heavy loads.
FullSharp erects a fixed-base rail jib crane right beside the work position, carrying an electric hoist that runs along the arm. The arm rotates around the column, covering the entire work zone without taking up extra floor space.

Equipment Installed
- Fixed-base column: a base plate bolted with expansion anchors into the concrete foundation, withstanding the moment load when the arm reaches full extension.
- Rail arm: a rail beam carrying the trolley, with a smooth running surface for light pushing and stable stopping.
- Electric hoist: two-speed lifting with a limit switch for height, controlled by a pendant.
- Swivel bearing assembly: a load-rated bearing lets the arm rotate smoothly, with a locking pin to fix the angle when needed.
