In a logistics warehouse, boxed goods arrive in batches and then have to be re-sorted by order. The work location changes every day, so a fixed lifting unit is rarely standing where it is needed.

FullSharp uses a jib crane on a mobile base, taking a rail as its arm and carrying a vacuum lifting device to lift carton boxes. Push the crane assembly to wherever orders are being sorted, and it is ready to work that same shift.

Equipment Installed

  • Rail arm: uses a rail as the arm, with a trolley running in and out to change the reach.
  • Mobile base: a wheeled base that lets the whole assembly be pushed to another work area when needed.
  • Vacuum tube lifter: lifts and lowers by hand control, holding the box steady when released.
  • Carton box suction pad: a wide suction cushion covering the box lid, gripping firmly without denting the cardboard.
