FullSharp installed a 250 kg jib crane with an ENDO hoist and a pneumatic vacuum lifting pad. The operator presses the pad onto the sheet, waits for full vacuum, then lifts; the sheet stays flat and moves straight to the machine table in one motion.

Installed Equipment

  • 250 kg jib crane: the column and swing arm cover the area between the sheet stack and the machine table.
  • ENDO hoist: smooth lifting and lowering, stopping precisely at the sheet placement height.
  • Pneumatic vacuum lifting pad: suction cups arranged to match the sheet size, drawing vacuum from the plant's existing compressed air.
  • Vacuum gauge and alarm: allows lifting only once vacuum is sufficient, and alerts if pressure drops.
