Large flat panels such as glass, sheet metal, or stone slabs are hard to grip. With nowhere to hold on, carrying them by hand is dangerous, while strapping them with cable often cracks the corners and scratches the finished surface.

FullSharp installs a jib crane carrying a pneumatic hoist together with a large-area vacuum lifting pad. The suction cups grip the panel surface evenly, and a safety valve holds the vacuum if air pressure drops. The arm rotates 180 to 360 degrees, so a panel can be taken from the rack and placed onto the machine table in a single pass.
