Lifts All 200kg Rail Crane Steel Sheet Vacuum

Steel sheets are flat, heavy and sharp-edged, so even two people carrying one risks bending the sheet or cutting a hand. Loading a sheet onto a machine table requires precise edge alignment, so doing it manually is both slow and often needs re-adjusting.

FullSharp installed a Lifts All 200 kg rail jib crane, with the lifting unit running on a rail straight to the pick-up point. The vacuum lifting pad grips the sheet surface, lifting it flat and lowering it precisely onto the machine table edge.

Equipment Installed

Lifts All jib crane: a genuine Lifts All product, with a sturdy swing arm and bearing pivot joint for light handling.
200 kg rail: the trolley runs along the rail, carrying the whole lifting unit to the sheet stacking area without manual carrying.
Vacuum lifting pad for sheets: multiple suction cups spread evenly across the frame, gripping the steel sheet surface and keeping it flat while lifting.
Vacuum pump and gauge: monitors vacuum level, alerting when grip falls below a safe threshold.
