Many rented warehouses do not allow drilling into the floor, yet carton boxes still need constant handling. Carrying them by hand is slow and dents the boxes, while a fixed crane runs into site constraints.

FullSharp chooses a mobile-base jib crane that stands on a counterweight, with no floor drilling required. A vacuum lifting unit hangs beneath it, gripping the top of the box; lift it, swing the arm, and the box moves onto the pallet.

Equipment Installed

  • No-drill mobile base: a wheeled base that stands stable through its own structure, keeping the warehouse floor intact.
  • Rotating column and jib arm: swings around its axis to reach pallets and conveyors around the standing position.
  • Vacuum tube: lifted and lowered by hand force, holding the box steady when released.
  • Carton box suction pad: a suction pad that grips the box lid, suited to boxes that are already sealed.
