Air balancer projects on overhead rails and articulating jib cranes
The air balancers in these projects lift 50 to 100 kg with compressed air. The load floats with the operator's hand, so placement is quick and repeatable. Tools include fabric roll clamps, round cylinder grippers, plastic crate hooks, water bottle hooks, vacuum lifters for cartons and sacks, and tools that lift and turn material rolls.
To cover a long work zone, the balancer runs on a 5T steel rail rated 200 kg or a ceiling-mounted aluminum rail. For a single workstation, an articulating jib crane folds around nearby machines, some on a mobile base. See the air balancer.
