Articulating Jib Crane for Factories

Some workstations are surrounded by machinery and racks, so a straight lifting arm cannot reach the point where the load needs to be placed. Workers have to turn and carry it the extra distance, which wastes time and risks bumping into nearby equipment.

FullSharp uses an articulating jib crane with an arm split into multiple segments. Thanks to a rotating joint at each segment, the arm swings around obstacles and delivers the load to the exact placement point, with the lifting device chosen to match each station's cargo type.

Installed Equipment

Post or mounting base: fixed firmly to the floor or structure, staying stable when the arm reaches full extension.
Multi-segment articulating arm: folds and rotates in multiple directions, moving around machinery to reach the work point.
Rotating joints: move smoothly without vibration when stopped, so the load stays still exactly where placed.
Lifting device: an air balancer, pneumatic mechanism, or vacuum pad, selected according to the type of cargo being handled.
Control handle: compact, for one-person operation, with both lifting and rotating done by hand.
