FullSharp Air Balancer Lifts Carton Boxes

A carton box weighs only a few dozen kilograms, but lifting it repeatedly all day is very hard on shoulders and wrists. The box is also bulky, so a hand grip easily slips, slowing work and denting the finished box.

FullSharp uses an air balancer with a vacuum lifting pad for this area. The air balancer keeps the load balanced against the operator's hand pressure, and the pad grips the box lid, so a light push moves the box along and stops it exactly in place.

Equipment Installed

FullSharp air balancer: balances the load with compressed air, raising and lowering according to the operator's hand pressure.
Vacuum lifting pad: the suction cup presses onto the carton surface, gripping firmly without leaving marks.
Control handle: the grip and release buttons sit right on the handle, so one hand completes the whole cycle.
Filter and safety valve: filters paper dust from the air supply and holds the vacuum if pressure suddenly drops.
