A carton box weighs only a few dozen kilograms, but lifting it repeatedly all day is very hard on shoulders and wrists. The box is also bulky, so a hand grip easily slips, slowing work and denting the finished box.
FullSharp uses an air balancer with a vacuum lifting pad for this area. The air balancer keeps the load balanced against the operator's hand pressure, and the pad grips the box lid, so a light push moves the box along and stops it exactly in place.
A FullSharp air balancer fitted with a vacuum lifting pad lifting a carton box.
The load is balanced, so the operator only spends effort guiding direction.
The operation is simple, so new workers pick it up in a short time.
Suction lifting means no squeezing, so the box walls never dent.
FullSharp asks for the box size and weight, and the paper surface type, to select the suction cup. Our engineers check the compressed air supply and mounting point at the workshop, then install and test-run the unit with actual goods.
