Many pickup points sit hidden behind machines or against walls, out of reach for a straight arm, so workers have to carry items out by hand before the equipment can take over. That hand-carried stretch is exactly where slips and surface damage happen. Repeating this all shift also strains the shoulders.
FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane fitted with a FullSharp air balancer and a pneumatic suction tool at the arm tip. The arm folds and extends to reach the exact pickup point even when obstructed. The air balancer keeps the load balanced, so the operator only needs to suction, guide, and release.

The articulating joint lets the arm fold around obstacles to reach items against walls or behind machines.
Suction on the flat surface replaces clamping, so the finished surface stays untouched.
The air balancer holds the item steady at any height, freeing the worker's hands to focus on positioning.
FullSharp measures the required reach, obstacle positions, and the product's weight and gripping surface to select the length of each arm section and the suction cup type. We test-run the setup on the actual product before finalizing the solution. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
