Articulating Jib Crane, Air Balancer, Suction Tool

Many pickup points sit hidden behind machines or against walls, out of reach for a straight arm, so workers have to carry items out by hand before the equipment can take over. That hand-carried stretch is exactly where slips and surface damage happen. Repeating this all shift also strains the shoulders.

FullSharp installed an articulating jib crane fitted with a FullSharp air balancer and a pneumatic suction tool at the arm tip. The arm folds and extends to reach the exact pickup point even when obstructed. The air balancer keeps the load balanced, so the operator only needs to suction, guide, and release.

Equipment Installed

Articulating jib crane: two arm sections joined by a rotating joint, folding and extending to reach positions blocked by obstacles.
FullSharp air balancer: compressed air carries the load and holds it suspended, raised and lowered with very light hand force.
Pneumatic suction tool: an air-powered suction cup grips the product's flat surface without leaving clamp marks.
Control handle: suction, release, raise, and lower buttons are all on the handle, letting one person complete the whole cycle.
