Pneumatic jib crane projects lifting sacks, crates, steel sheets and CNC parts
These pneumatic jib cranes lift 80 kg and 200 kg and run entirely on compressed air, so no power is needed at the workstation. The boom carries a tool for each load: sack grippers, plastic crate and wheel clamps, copper coil hooks for motor winding shops, and vacuum lifters for cartons and steel sheets up to 150 kg fed to CNC cutters.
The base follows the floor: fixed, column, wall or ceiling mounting where machines fill the floor, or a mobile base shared between CNC machines. Many units use a force-sensing handle for one-hand control. See pneumatic jib cranes.
