Carton boxes are light one at a time, but stacking them a whole shift tires the worker's back and slows the pace. Carrying by hand, or squeezing the sides, dents the corners and damages the goods inside. The pallet stacking area is also low, forcing constant bending.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad right at the stacking position. The pad grips the top of the box and holds it firmly on lift, with no need to squeeze the sides. Swinging the arm carries the box from the conveyor to the pallet with just a light push.

Suction on the flat top instead of squeezing the sides keeps the box and its contents intact.
Grip, lift, swing and release form a short cycle, visibly raising stacking output per shift.
Workers no longer bend to carry each box, standing upright while operating the controls.
FullSharp measures the box size, weight and surface texture to arrange enough suction cups for sufficient grip. Technicians check the conveyor height and pallet height, then set the lift stroke and rotation radius. Contact FullSharp for a survey at your warehouse.
