Pneumatic Jib Crane, Vacuum Carton Lifter

Carton boxes are light one at a time, but stacking them a whole shift tires the worker's back and slows the pace. Carrying by hand, or squeezing the sides, dents the corners and damages the goods inside. The pallet stacking area is also low, forcing constant bending.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad right at the stacking position. The pad grips the top of the box and holds it firmly on lift, with no need to squeeze the sides. Swinging the arm carries the box from the conveyor to the pallet with just a light push.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic jib crane frame: the arm sweeps between the conveyor and the pallet, running on compressed air for a light touch.
Vacuum lifting pad: suction cups arranged to match the box size, gripping the top evenly without denting the corners.
Vacuum generator: a stable pump or vacuum generator holds suction throughout the lifting cycle.
Handle controls: suction and release buttons right on the handle, one-hand operation, steady stacking rhythm.
