FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a large vacuum pad that covers the whole lid of heavy cartons, for packing areas stacking a few hundred boxes a shift onto high pallets. Suction spreads evenly so cartons keep their shape and printed faces stay clean, and the operator only pushes the arm to the pallet.

A full carton is heavy and slippery to hold; hugging it by hand dents the corners, crushes the printed face, and risks slipping while stacking onto a high pallet. A few hundred cartons a shift overloads workers' shoulders and backs, and output drops steadily toward the end of the shift.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane fitted with a large vacuum lifting pad for cartons. The pad seals the whole carton lid, spreading the suction evenly so the carton keeps its shape. The operator only needs to push the swing arm to move the carton to the pallet.
