Large flat panels need to swing from a rack to a machine table just a few steps away. Carrying them by hand needs two workers, and the panel wobbles with sharp edges that are always a hazard to whoever is handling it.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane right between the rack and the machine table, carrying a vacuum lifting pad. The panel is held flat by suction and swings with the arm, with the operator only guiding direction with one hand.

Pneumatic Jib Crane with Vacuum Lifting Pad

A pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad holding a flat panel at the fabrication station.

Equipment Installed

  • Swivel column: anchored to the floor with expansion bolts, rotating 360 degrees to cover both the rack and the machine table.
  • Pneumatic lifting unit: lifts and lowers by hand force, stopping at any height and holding the panel when released.
  • Vacuum lifting pad: a rubber pad that spreads the holding force evenly across the panel, leaving no marks on the surface.
  • Vacuum gauge and valve: clearly shows the vacuum level and prevents lifting until it's sufficient.

Key Specifications

  • Rotation angle360 degrees

Benefits for Your Facility

Easy panel swinging

One person can move a large panel from the rack to the machine table.

Surface stays intact

The soft rubber pad leaves glass, painted sheet metal, or plastic unscratched.

Safer handling

No more two workers carrying a sharp-edged panel through a narrow aisle.

Consultation for Your Facility

FullSharp measures your panel size, thickness, and weight, and checks your compressed air supply. We then select the vacuum pad, calculate the swivel column's reach, install, and test-run with an actual panel before handover.
