Large flat panels need to swing from a rack to a machine table just a few steps away. Carrying them by hand needs two workers, and the panel wobbles with sharp edges that are always a hazard to whoever is handling it.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane right between the rack and the machine table, carrying a vacuum lifting pad. The panel is held flat by suction and swings with the arm, with the operator only guiding direction with one hand.

One person can move a large panel from the rack to the machine table.
The soft rubber pad leaves glass, painted sheet metal, or plastic unscratched.
No more two workers carrying a sharp-edged panel through a narrow aisle.
FullSharp measures your panel size, thickness, and weight, and checks your compressed air supply. We then select the vacuum pad, calculate the swivel column's reach, install, and test-run with an actual panel before handover.
