Glass and Plastic Panel Lifting with a Pneumatic Jib

Large flat panels need to swing from a rack to a machine table just a few steps away. Carrying them by hand needs two workers, and the panel wobbles with sharp edges that are always a hazard to whoever is handling it.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane right between the rack and the machine table, carrying a vacuum lifting pad. The panel is held flat by suction and swings with the arm, with the operator only guiding direction with one hand.

Equipment Installed

Swivel column: anchored to the floor with expansion bolts, rotating 360 degrees to cover both the rack and the machine table.
