Every area of a workshop has a different pick-up height, some from a high shelf, others onto a low table. A crane fixed at one height works in one spot but falls short in another, while manual lifting is slow and inconsistent.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a height-adjustable column mounted on a mobile base. The column adjusts to the height of each work area, and the force-sensing handle lets the unit move up or down exactly with the operator's hand force.

Pneumatic Jib Crane with Height-Adjustable Column, Mobile Base and Force-Sensing Handle

Pneumatic jib crane with height-adjustable column on a mobile base, controlled by a force-sensing handle.

Equipment Installed

  • Height-adjustable column: sets the arm's height for each work area, and locks firmly once adjusted.
  • Mobile base: a counterweighted frame on wheels, push it to a new spot and lock the legs to use it.
  • Force-sensing handle: senses hand force to raise or lower the load as the operator intends, no buttons needed.
  • Pneumatic lifting mechanism: smooth motion, holds at any height without the load drifting.

Benefits for the Factory

Follows the operator's hand

A light push moves the load up, so the natural motion is quick to learn.

Fits many heights

The adjustable column lets one unit serve several different areas.

Easy to relocate

The mobile base allows moving between areas without new construction.
