Wall-Mounted Jib Crane, Force-Sensing Handle

Many corners of a plant span only a few square meters yet still need constant lifting. Erecting a floor-mounted jib post takes up standing room, while dragging loads by hand is slow and risks bumping into machines.

FullSharp installs a wall-mounted jib crane so the entire unit anchors to the wall structure, leaving the floor below completely clear. The pneumatic lifting unit comes with a force-sensing handle, so the load follows exactly the direction the operator pushes.

Equipment installed

Wall-mounted swing arm: fixed to a wall column or beam with brackets and anchor bolts, rotating around its pivot to cover the work zone.
Pneumatic lifting unit: raises and lowers with compressed air, holding the load in place when the operator lets go.
Force-sensing handle: senses hand pressure to raise or lower exactly as the operator intends, with no up/down buttons needed.
Gripper tool: clamps both sides of the part, holding it firmly while the arm swings to a new position.
