Pneumatic Jib Crane with Gripping Tool

Many production areas cannot use electrically powered lifting equipment because of dust or solvent vapors. Goods there still need to be lifted, rotated, and placed precisely many times each shift. Doing it by hand is slow and tiring.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a dedicated gripping tool matched to the workshop's goods. The compressed air already available in the plant drives the hoist, and a safety valve holds the load if air pressure drops. The arm rotates 180 to 360 degrees, so goods can be picked up and placed in a single sweep.
