Many production areas cannot use electrically powered lifting equipment because of dust or solvent vapors. Goods there still need to be lifted, rotated, and placed precisely many times each shift. Doing it by hand is slow and tiring.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane with a dedicated gripping tool matched to the workshop's goods. The compressed air already available in the plant drives the hoist, and a safety valve holds the load if air pressure drops. The arm rotates 180 to 360 degrees, so goods can be picked up and placed in a single sweep.

The pneumatic mechanism has no electric motor, making it safe in areas with dust or solvent vapors.
The wide rotation range removes the need to push a cart or hand-carry goods between two positions.
The gripping tool is custom-built for the product, holding firmly with fewer drops and less surface damage.
FullSharp reviews the type of goods, load, and available air pressure at the workshop before selecting a configuration. Our engineers calculate the arm reach and design the gripping tool to match the actual goods. FullSharp then installs and hands over the equipment on site.
