The tool is made to match the part's exact profile, so it clamps firmly without leaving marks. Push the base to any station and adjust the column to that station's height.

Equipment Installed

Pneumatic jib crane: compressed air carries the load, and the rotating arm moves the part around the work area with a light hand force.
Height-adjustable column: changes the machine body's height for each station, so one unit serves multiple process steps.
Mobile base: wheels with locking casters — push it into position, lock the casters, and it's ready to work.
Custom clamp tool: the jaws are shaped to match the part's profile, holding it firmly without marking the finished surface.
Control valve assembly: clamp, release, raise, and lower buttons are all on the handle so one person can complete the whole operation.
