Basic is the ideal lifter for handling boxes, well suited to distribution centers and warehouses where fast movement and smooth lifting are required.
Use this lifter with a vacuum gripper to lift carton boxes, sheet materials or sacks. It works only with materials that are moderately to fully airtight.
You can also use Basic with a hook to lift bags, buckets or pallets.
When Basic touches the surface, it grips automatically and is ready to lift. The operator controls when and how fast to lift or lower using the up/down triggers, with speed proportional to trigger pressure. The harder you squeeze, the faster it lifts. With free load rotation, placing the load is easy and precise.
The Lifts All vacuum lifter is an efficient and easy-to-use solution for lifting and holding a wide range of materials. It suits flat, uneven or porous surfaces when configured for the load. Vacuum grippers can be custom designed for different loads and materials.
Basic is a reliable lifter. If the required vacuum level is not reached, the unit will not lift. If vacuum drops during lifting, the load is lowered slowly to the ground, protecting both people and goods.
Depending on the size and weight of the load, you can choose from different tools. Lifts All offers a range of standard hooks and vacuum grippers with 1, 2, 4 or 6 suction cups that are easy to change. If none fits, we will design a custom gripper for you.
Basic suction tools and hooks are a set of connectable tools that make Basic a versatile lifting device. Depending on the item, its size and weight, we offer vacuum cups in various sizes, I-frames, H-frames, sack lifting frames and hooks for specific tasks. The tools connect easily to the lifter with a twist-to-click coupling.
