FullSharp – official Lifts All representative in Vietnam
Basic is the standard Lifts All lifting tool for frequent lifts in warehouses, packing lines and distribution centres. It can be fitted with a range of vacuum or hook attachments, so the same unit handles anything from boxes and sacks to cans, buckets and pallets. Basic lifts up to 50 kg and runs on a Bal-Trol lifting cylinder (Made in USA).

Handling cartons, crates and similar items over and over again strains the back, shoulders and wrists, even when each individual lift is light. Basic takes the weight, so the operator only guides the load. The result is a lower risk of repetitive strain injuries and more lifts per hour without extra physical load on the worker.
Basic is the right fit when lifts are frequent, loads weigh up to 50 kg and the goods are cartons, crates, pallets, sacks, cans, buckets or sheet metal. It is particularly suited to operations where lifting must be quick and smooth, for example:
Place Basic against the load, press the green button to build vacuum and the tool is ready to lift. Up and down movement is controlled with proportional buttons: the further you press, the faster the load rises or lowers. The load rotates freely without limit, making exact positioning easy. The handle works equally well for right- and left-handed operators with no adjustment.
Basic comes in three versions:
The vacuum/hook and hook versions are both available with a vertical or low-profile horizontal Bal-Trol (Horizontal SM) and a capacity of 35 or 50 kg.
Basic will not lift until the vacuum reaches a preset level, giving a safety factor of 2. If vacuum drops during a lift, the gripper sinks slowly to the floor, protecting both the load and the operator. The release cannot be activated while the load is in the air unless vacuum is maintained (except on the Basic Baggage Lifter).
Basic is not intended for loads above 50 kg. For heavier goods, choose Classic B-M or a custom-designed tool. Vacuum works best on dense, fairly smooth surfaces; for very porous or uneven surfaces, select the correct suction base or consider a mechanical gripper.
Basic has manual rotation. If the job calls for tilting or button-controlled rotation, other Lifts All models are a better match.
As the Lifts All standard model, Basic has a shorter lead time and lower cost than a custom lifting tool. Combining vacuum and hook, it covers a wide range of tasks and suits the most common loads in warehousing and packaging.

Choose Basic when loads weigh up to 50 kg, lifts are frequent and the goods are cartons, crates, pallets, sacks, drums, buckets or sheet metal parts. Choose the vacuum/hook version (Multilyft Basic) to handle several load types with different gripping methods using a single tool. Choose the hook version if you only lift suspended goods. Go for a custom tool if the load exceeds 50 kg, needs tilting or powered rotation, or does not fit any standard model. Choose the Basic Baggage Lifter for suitcases, bags and other luggage.
