Packing areas often need to take boxes off a pallet and swing them over to a nearby table or conveyor. The distance is short but repeats all day, and operators quickly get sore shoulders while boxes end up dragged across the floor.
FullSharp installs a Lifts All articulating jib crane right between those two spots. The arm folds at the joint so the suction head reaches into blind corners, and the vacuum lifting tool grips the box surface and releases it with a single button press.

Equipment Installed
- Rotating column: firmly anchored into the concrete floor, bearing the full moment load as the arm extends outward.
- Articulating arm: folds at the mid joint so the suction head can reach close to walls or between pallets.
- Lifts All vacuum lifting tool: the suction base grips the cardboard surface, holds the box through the whole path, and releases quickly when set down.
- Control handle: suction and release buttons sit right on the handle, so one person both holds and controls it.
