Mobile Crane, Lifts All Carton Lifter

The same warehouse has different ceiling heights in different zones: low under the mezzanine, high where pallets are stacked outside. A single fixed-column crane can't cover both, so any zone without a machine still gets handled by hand.

FullSharp introduces a mobile crane with a height-adjustable column, fitted with a Lifts All vacuum lifting system for cartons. Lower the column to clear low-ceiling zones, raise it for high pallet stacks, and push the whole unit between zones.

Equipment Installed

Height-adjustable column: adjusts and locks at multiple heights, lowering to pass under low ceilings and raising for high pallet stacks.
Mobile base: fitted with wheels and a counterweight, pushed to another zone without bolting to the floor.
Lifts All vacuum lifting system: an extendable suction hose that lifts, lowers, and releases loads with just the control handle.
Suction pad for cartons: seals evenly over the carton lid, lifting it without denting corners or popping the tape.
Articulating arm joint: lets the carton swing around shelving and conveyors instead of only rotating around the column.
